Goffstown man charged with child rape charge in Allenstown: court round

Massachusetts Man Indicted on Concord Child Abuse Charges; New Orleans man charged with voter suppression; NJ man faces identity fraud charges.

CONCORD, NH – A Merrimack County grand jury recently indicted the following people.

Kevin Juszkiewicz, 52, of Elm Street in Goffstown on four counts of aggravated criminal assault. He was accused of a pattern of rape and sexual abuse of a girl between August 20, 2011 and August 20, 2017 in Allenstown.


James Kelly, 60, of Bogart Road in River Edge, New Jersey, on a charge of identity fraud. He was accused of impersonating someone else to obtain money, credit, goods, services and other items of value from Verizon on September 15, 2023 in New London.

Steven Kramer, 55, of Napoleon Avenue in New Orleans, Louisiana, on two counts of bribery, intimidation and oppression. He was accused of trying to prevent two voters from voting in the 2024 primaries by creating a fake, pre-recorded phone message from Joe Biden to two voters in New Hampshire. Richard Kuchinsky, 54, a homeless man now in Concord, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Target in Hooksett on Nov. 2, 2023, and Target in Concord on Nov. 10, 2023, after being convicted twice previously of theft.

Jamie Locke, 47, of Hoover Circle in Loudon on charges of possession of a controlled drug – methamphetamine with a prior conviction and possession of meth charges, both felonies, in Concord on Feb. 22. Locke was convicted of sale of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2013.

Albert Magnifico, 53, jailed at the time of indictment on charges of Medicaid fraud and false claims. He was accused of filing a false or fraudulent claim in Concord between September 28 and December 10, 2023.

Lawrence J. McClosky, 61, a homeless man now in Concord, on a felony count of delivery of prohibited items – buprenorphine at the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen on October 12, 2023.

Yadiel Ortega Montero, 22, of Prospect Street in Concord of Marlborough, Massachusetts, for criminal mischief and four counts of second-degree assault on children under 13 for domestic violence, all felonies. He was accused of punching a boy in the face, pulling his hair and punching him in the head on Feb. 24 in Concord, punching him in the head between Jan. 1 and Jan. 31 in Concord and breaking four interior doors and damaged other doors. a bedroom vanity owned by an intimate partner between Jan. 1, 2022, and Feb. 2 in Concord. Todd Spataro, 57, last known address of Airport Road in Concord, on charges of possession of psilocin, cocaine and possession of fentanyl, all felonies, on Feb. 3 in Concord.

Matthew P. Story, 39, a homeless man now in Concord, charged with theft by unauthorized taking. He was charged on Jan. 10 with stealing merchandise from a New Hampshire State Liquor Store in Concord after being convicted of theft in January 2019 and March 2022 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Thomas P. Turck, 47, of Laurier Street in Goffstown on a misdemeanor controlled drug charge; makes a prohibited meth charge in Hooksett on February 21, 2021.

John Woods, 77, formerly of Hopkinton, on charges of aggravated criminal assault and criminal assault, both felonies. He was charged with providing an intoxicating substance to a woman and inserting part of his body or an object into her and fondling her on March 4, 2022, in Hopkinton.
