Obituary of Pauline Boivin – MA

Pauline D. Boivinof Fitchburg; 66 FITCHBURG Pauline D. (Bergeron) Boivin, 66, of Fitchburg, died Friday, April 10, at her home. She was born on November 19, 1942 in Peterborough, New Hampshire, daughter of Regina (Fortin) Bergeron and the late Paul E. Bergeron. Mrs. Boivin worked for the former Independent Lock Company in Fitchburg and was a member of the American Legion Post 429 Ladies Auxiliary. Mrs. Boivin was a caring person who enjoyed providing meals for the elderly. She also enjoyed bingo, cards, bowling, volleyball and traveling. In addition to her mother, Regina Bergeron of Leominster, she is survived by her husband of 44 years, Robert H. Boivin; her daughter, Lisa A. Boivin of Centerville; three brothers, Norman Bergeron and his companion, Joan of North Hinsdale, NH, Paul Bergeron and his wife Edith of Carson, CA, and Ray Bergeron of Fitchburg; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Robert Bergeron and her sister, Alice Erickson. The funeral will be held on Thursday, April 16, at Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg, with a 10 a.m. Mass at Saint Joseph Church. , 49 Woodland St., Fitchburg. Calling hours will be Wednesday, April 15 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
