Father planted meth on daughter during traffic stop: police

A father has been arrested and charged with child neglect creating risk of injury after police say he planted a 7-ounce bag of meth on one of his two young daughters during a routine traffic stop outside a West Virginia convenience store.

Kenneth Cutirght, 36, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, child neglect creating risk of injury, prohibited person in possession of a firearm and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, according to publicly available jail records.

He is currently being held at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail in Belington, West Virginia.
