Miley Cyrus says collaborating with Beyoncé was a dream come true

A “normal” part of Cyrus’ daily life is texting Beyoncé.

Miley Cyrus has a deep admiration for Beyoncé.

In a recent cover story interview with W Magazine, the pop star shared her experience collaborating with Beyoncé on the song “II Most searched for” expressing that singing the song with her “was a dream come true.”

“I wrote that song two and a half years ago,” said the ‘Wrecking ball‘singer to the exhaust.

“My mother always said, ‘I love that song so much.’ So when Beyoncé reached out to me about music, I immediately thought of it because it really encapsulates our relationship,” Cyrus added.

“I told her, ‘We don’t need to get land; we are a country. We have been a country.’ I said, ‘You know, because you’re from Texas and I’m from Tennessee, so many of us are going to be in this song,’ said the ‘When I look at yousinger.

“Writing a song, and not just singing, for Beyoncé was a dream come true,” says Cyrus.

The singer also revealed that “texting Beyoncé” is a “normal” part of her daily life.

“I think it’s been a really fun part of our relationship because over the last few years I’ve really limited my privacy and what I share with the public,” Cyrus said. ‘She’s the same way. Part of our relationship is the safety between us.”

“The songwriting or the work is just a small part of my relationship with her – or with Dolly, or with anyone else. Our personas have a relationship, but then we also have a relationship. And I love that,” said the singer.
