Man arrested for exposing himself on Cape Cod beach – NECN

A man from Lawrence, Massachusetts, has been arrested for allegedly exposing himself at a popular Cape Cod beach on Monday evening.

Police say the man, identified as Cesar Perez-Velazquez, was uncooperative when he was arrested at Kalmus Beach in Hyannis, Massachusetts.

According to court documents, he first told police his name was Pedro Martinez and that he lived in Boston.

Video shows police had to drag the man to their cruiser.

Court records show he was a fugitive from New Hampshire in connection with an operating under the influence case.

There is also an order for removal from the United States; he was wanted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Velasquez faces several charges, including lewd conduct, misleading a police officer and being a fugitive from justice.
